Credit Cards We accept the following credit cards:Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed immediately.

Shipping Policy All Marine Life ships to You either UPS Air or FedEx Air depending on your location. This does not mean you will receive your order the day after your order is placed. Though we do our best to all orders shipped out as promptly as possible, the health and well being of your marine life is always our top priority. There are factors that influence when your order is able to ship. Orders are never able to ship the day the order is placed. Orders can be held if a customer requests to hold till a specific date. Orders are held if animals are to "Ocean Fresh" to be stress free, (no ocean fresh fish are ever shipped out). Orders are held while our marine life specialists review your order to determine if all of the items in the order have successfully completed our quarantine period, are eating well, look good, and pass our health check. Orders are held until we notify you that your marine life is shipping. Orders are held to avoid weekend delivery. Orders are held if there are poor weather conditions at FedEx shipping location, FedEx Sorting location, or FedEx delivery area (ex. ice, snow, wind, flood). Orders are held if night time temperatures will be to low or to high for marine life to have a safe delivery.

Out-of-Stock Products Occasionally a product will not be in stock through our automated inventory system. We will ship your order if 75% of the retail value of the shipment is available to ship. We will attempt to contact you regarding your shipment if there is an issue, but we will make a judgement call on whether to ship the order or not if we do not hear from you before 3 pm on the day of shipment.

Multiple Product Orders If you place orders from multiple categories, they will be shipped separately. Marine Life, Live Rock, and Aquarium Equipment and Supplies are all shipped separately via different shipping methods. If you place multiple orders within the same category, we will attempt to combine orders. This may not always be possible.

Taxes Paid Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida and North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns Due to the nature of the live animals that we sell, we cannot accept returns for any reason. Please follow the Guarantee Request procedure if any livestock unfortunately dies during the guarantee period. Please contact us, or the manufacturer directly, if any Equipment and Supplies merchandise is defective.

Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled. Our Store shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
